A segunda premiação mais importante do cinema e da televisão nos Estados Unidos já tem seus indicados. Concorrendo ao Globo de Ouro 2010, o filme mais lembrado foi Amor em Escalas, ainda inédito no Brasil, com seis indicações. Nine aparece com cinco indicações e Avatar, com quatro.

Abraços Partidos concorre na categoria de melhor filme estrangeiro. Lembrando que ele não está inscrito para o Oscar.
Sandra Bullock e Meryl Streep concorrem ao prêmio de melhor atriz – comédia/musical. O Brasil não recebeu nenhuma indicação e está fora da premiação.
